By using Nosdesk, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Use of service

You may use Nosdesk for lawful purposes only. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

License

Nosdesk is available under the Business Source License 1.1. The source code is available for viewing and self-hosting. See our GitHub repository for full license details.

The license will convert to the GNU Affero General Public License v3 on October 29, 2029.

Managed service restriction

You may not use Nosdesk to provide a commercial "Helpdesk Service" to third parties. This means you cannot offer Nosdesk as a managed or hosted helpdesk solution where external customers can create organizations, submit tickets, or manage IT assets.

Internal use within your own organization, including by employees and contractors, is permitted.

Limitation of liability

Nosdesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nosdesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
